This duck hunting paradise is located in northwestern Wharton County, Texas. The property is located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Houston. It is a little over 15 minutes from the town of El Campo. From Highway 59 in El Campo, go north on Highway 71 approximately 5 miles. Take a left on F.M. 2546. Continue 8.5 miles to County Road 383. Take a left on County Road 383. Continue 1.25 miles to the ranch.
The ranch is centrally located in the middle of a well known and vast waterfowl area.
The property is located in south central Lavace County, approximately 22 miles north of Edna, 16 miles south of Halletsville and 35 miles from El Campo, Texas. The ranch fronts county road 14 for approximately 3/4 mile. Access to this ranch is relatively easy from Highways 59, 90, and 71.
